Guideline for the Admission
- Admission shall be made on the merit basis of marks obtained in qualifying degree/certificate as per the policy of the Maa Shakumbhari University, Saharanpur.
- All the rule and regulation applied on students shall be as per Maa Shakumbhari University Saharanpur Statute and Ordinance. The admission shall be as per admission 2023-24 guidelines by university. Scholarship as per UP state and Government of India guidelines.
- All the admissions are provisional.
- The candidate is required to produce original with an photo copy set certificates, documents, character certificates, statements of requisite percentage of marks of the qualifying examination at the time of reporting for admission. Failing so he/she will not be allowed to complete admission formalities.
- No candidate shall be admitted unless he/she has completed all eligibility requirements at the time of admission.
- Candidates not reporting for admission at the stipulated date and time shall forfeit their claim and the offer of admission shall be given to the candidate next in the order of merit.
- If after enrolment in the college a student falls short of attendance less than 75% his/her name shall be struck off the college rolls.
- It shall be the responsibility of all the students to take note of all the notices displayed on the Notice Board for their information and compliances. Failure to read the notices displayed on notice boards will not be accepted as an excuse for non-compliance of instructions.
प्रवेश सम्बन्धी आवश्यक निर्देश
- प्रत्येक प्रवेशार्थी और अभिभावक के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि वह इस विवरण पत्रिका को भली-भाँति पढ़ लें एवं प्रवेश हेतु निर्धारित फाॅर्म के साथ निम्नवर्णित प्रमाण-पत्र तथा आवश्यक प्रपत्रों को लगाकर प्रवेश ले सकते है। अपूर्ण फार्म पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।
- पासपोर्ट साइज 04 नवीनतम फोटो प्रवेश के समय लाना अनिवार्य है।
- संस्थागत उत्तीर्ण छात्रों द्वारा विगत संस्था से चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र (Character Certificate) एवं स्थानान्तरण प्रमाण-पत्र (Transfer Certificate) मूल रूप में प्रवेश के समय देना होगा अन्यथ प्रवेश लेना सम्भव नहीं हो सकेगा।
- गत परीक्षा की अंकतालिका की स्व-प्रमाणित छायाप्रति।
- व्यक्तिगत परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण प्रवेशार्थी को राजपत्रित अधिकारी (Gazetted Officer) द्वारा प्रदत्त चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। इसके अभाव में प्रवेश नहीं हो पायेंगे।
- माईग्रेशन प्रमाण-पत्र मूल रूप से परीक्षा फार्म के साथ लगाया जायेगा।
- जाति प्रमाण-पत्र की स्व-प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं पिछड़ी जाति के प्रवेशार्थी के लिए अनिवार्य है, एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा प्रदत्त प्रमाण-पत्र देना अनिवार्य है।
- विशेष परिस्थितियों में आवश्यकता होने पर प्रवेशार्थी से किसी भी विशिष्ट प्रमाण-पत्र को प्रस्तुत करने की मांग की जा सकती है।
- प्रवेश के समय प्रवेशार्थी का स्वयं उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।
- प्रवेश के बाद आवंटित विषयों एवं आवंटित सेक्शन में किसी भी स्थिति में परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।
नोटः प्रवेश के समय आवश्यक सामग्री: 04 फोटो, टी0सी0, चरित्र प्रमाण - पत्र, आय प्रमाण-पत्र, जाति प्रमाण-पत्र, आवश्यक अंकतालिकाओं एवं प्रमाण-पत्रों की मूल एवं फोटो प्रति;स्व-प्रमाणितद्ध का एक सेट ;स्वयं प्रमाणितद्ध बैंक ड्राफ्ट/चालान/आॅनलाईन माध्यम से जमा की गई फीस की ट्राजंक्शन आई.डी. की फोटो प्रति। इसके अतिरिक्त विश्वविद्यालय का रजिस्ट्रेशन फार्म अनिवार्य है।
